  • Jestřábí – Krkonoše: Currently generating rental income of 70,000 CZK per month, Jestřábí will soon receive a new construction permit, increasing its marketability. The property will be sold with the project plan, offering token holders the potential for returns from both rental and resale profits.
  • Antýgl – Šumava: An iconic mountain chalet near the Schwarzenberský Canal, Antýgl features rooms, apartments, and a restaurant, located in an exceptionally picturesque and historically significant area.
